Today we spent the afternoon enjoying the changing leaves on a long, scenic drive to nowhere in particular. I grew up in a small town with lots of country roads. Some of my best thinking was done on long rides to the country. Even though I'm miles away from my hometown, I've found some great highways, back roads and paths to find that peace with a view. Taking a ride can make all the difference. When I haven't been in the driver's seat, the MARTA transit system offers some beauty on the lines as well. When you need to think, I hope you take a moment to enjoy a scenic highway or railway sometime soon.
